Delivery options will be reflected when selecting delivery date and time during checkout.

For ‘next day deliveries’ please order before 14:00. All orders are delivered in the mornings usually before 11am.


Quality complaints & Returns


If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please follow these steps:
1. Provide details : Email us at info@trinnyluxflowers.com with your purchase number and a clear description of the issue.
2. Attach photo : Please take clear pictures of the product from different angles to document the problem and attach them to your email.
3. Timely Complaint : Quality complaints must be reported within the same day as the delivery of the product.
It’s important to note that we cannot accept disputes, chargebacks and refund request, once an order is marked as complete. Complaints will also be invalid, if submitted more than 4 days after receiving the flowers.
